About Alexes
Meaningful work should change lives—including the lives of the people doing it.
For more than 15 years, my work has centered on a fundamental belief: when we invest deeply in people, we create stronger classrooms, stronger organizations, and stronger communities.
I am an educator, researcher, executive leader, author, and certified wellness coach. My work sits at the intersection of education leadership, educator development and mentoring, wellness, research, and ideas to impact.
Whether I am developing teachers, leading teams, studying mentoring experiences, coaching leaders, facilitating learning, or helping someone bring an idea to life, the goal remains the same: help people thrive while doing work that matters.

It is also at the heart of REAL LOVE—my body of work focused on reaching, developing, and supporting people through relationships rooted in responsiveness, empathy, affirmation, high expectations, and care.
